Return and Refund
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@unboundless.store within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed and sent to your payment method within 10 business days after accepting the return.
Do you charge any restocking fee?
No, we don't charge any restocking fee on our products.
Exchange & Cancellation
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer support team with your request. You will need to return the original item first, and once we receive it, we will send out the new item you requested.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it's shipped. Otherwise, you have to follow the return process.
